Please read these terms & conditions carefully.
By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
SHIPPING
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date if the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return an item, please contact us by mail: bohemelisboa@gmail.com stating your Order Number and reason for return.
We request that all items are returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
Bohème Lisboa will not accept returns of any items that have been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt .
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us by mail: bohemelisboa@gmail.com, state in your mail which items you would like to exchange for, and why.
If the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the originial value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the orginial value, the difference will be refunded to the original card used for the Order.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via CTT. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

Nos termos do Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, de 14 de fevereiro, aplicável aos contratos celebrados à distância, tem o direito de resolver livremente um novo contrato, sem indicar motivo, no prazo de 14 dias de calendário contados a partir da data de celebração do mesmo ou à de receção da primeira revista.
